What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value Spanish customers using data-driven action plans to ensure high impact.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth and customer impact.
- Act as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for senior-level clients via regular interactions.
- Analyze client trends and risks to propose improvements for customer journeys and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Mentor junior peers and share best practices across the Customer Experience team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management.
- Proven track record of driving upsell, retention, and net growth within client portfolios.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or proficient) and professional command of English.
- Experience in churn prevention and designing action plans for at-risk clients.
- Ability to work with KPIs and manage portfolios with a data-driven mindset.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience managing key accounts or enterprise-level clients.
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Software.
- Previous involvement in process optimization or building AM best practices.
