What you will do

• Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of multinational clients as their strategic advisor.
• Drive product adoption and ensure the hirify.global solution delivers measurable value across client organizations.
• Implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies to expand product usage within business units.
• Conduct onboarding, training workshops, and strategic sparring sessions to empower client teams.
• Lead and coordinate Customer Value Specialists to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and deliver impactful product enhancements based on client needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue growth management, consulting, or a similar high-performance environment.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with an affinity for quantitative data.
• Strong project management, self-management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• English fluency required.
• Experience with AI tools.
