Location: Hybrid setup from the Madrid hub (Spain)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end mid-market SaaS sales cycles including discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop new opportunities and accelerate growth within the Spanish market.
  • Utilize AI and data tools to optimize prospecting and follow-up processes.
  • Translate complex financial workflows into clear business impact for CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Provide market insights to help shape the Spain go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing mid-market SaaS sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
  • Confidence and ability to communicate effectively with senior finance executives.
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for increased efficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid hub.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
