What you will do

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of hirify.global's SaaS solutions and how they meet client needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads, providing relevant data to the sales team for outreach.
  • Define and prioritize prospects based on market opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to progress them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and creative lead generation using various tools.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or similar roles, specifically in outbound lead generation.
  • Proven experience with B2B SaaS solutions, ideally within finance or fintech.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools.
