TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain

Salary: €200,000 – €220,000 yearly (OTE)

What you will do

  • Generate new business sales revenue through strategic account and territory planning.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, leveraging hirify.global partners to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create plans that increase pipeline and revenue.
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and align hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospect qualification to closing and ongoing account management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business sales within software or solution sales organizations.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • English: C1 (Fluent) required.
  • Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid model).
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
