TL;DR

Location: Hybrid or fully remote, must be based in Spain

Salary: €38,000–€45,000 base salary with uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from discovery and negotiation to closing.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations for Spanish and English-speaking prospects.
  • Develop the Spanish market by identifying priority regions, segments, and local partners.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, trade shows, and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Product teams to improve conversion rates and roadmap priorities.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and accurate forecasting within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Fluent or near-native English (C1+) for executive-level negotiations and demos.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly closing mid-market or complex deals.
  • Strong background in short-term rental, property management, or PropTech.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
  • Must be based in Spain.
