is creating a Connected Restaurant Management System that integrates sales, reservations, kitchen prep, and payments into one seamless platform.
What you will do
- Identify and target high-potential hospitality venues to expand market presence.
- Develop and execute creative communication strategies to close deals with merchants.
- Manage the transition of new clients to the onboarding team to ensure successful go-live.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Hubspot and Clay, along with AI, to optimize sales activities.
- Continuously analyze and improve the sales funnel to increase efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and merchant needs to refine the company's market path.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona (On-site).
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management, or the Hospitality industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage busy hospitality owners.
- Hands-on approach with a hunger for fast-paced operations.
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to take calculated risks.
