Principal Engineer – AI-Enabled Embedded Software (Multi GenAI Orchestration)

What you will do

• Define and lead architecture for Multi-GenAI orchestration platforms using approved enterprise GenAI tools.
• Design modular multi-agent systems that coordinate LLMs, AI services, and Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Architect AI-enabled embedded software development workflows covering requirements, development, validation, and traceability.
• Integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines, DevOps ecosystems, Bitbucket pipelines, build systems, testing, and release workflows.
• Build autonomous engineering capabilities for code generation, optimization, debugging, root-cause analysis, and intelligent test creation.
• Lead AI governance, engineering standards, and adoption of AI-first digital engineering platforms.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, Multi-GenAI orchestration, and agent ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Strong Python and C/C++ programming skills, with experience in AI orchestration and embedded systems.
• Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is required.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, distributed systems, AI pipelines, and Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, RTOS, ECU architectures, ASPICE, and safety-critical real-time systems.
