What you will do

• Architect Multi-GenAI orchestration platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Integrate AI into the SDLC via Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for automated requirements, documentation, and code reviews.
• Develop agentic AI frameworks using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI for autonomous execution of engineering tasks.
• Automate DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows aligned with corporate AI governance.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation of embedded software development for ECUs, ensuring ASPICE, MISRA, and ISO 26262 compliance.
• Lead the adoption of an AI-first engineering culture and define standards for AI orchestration.

Requirements

• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Proficiency in Python for AI orchestration and C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Must-have: Proven experience with Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Strong background in embedded systems, RTOS, and ECU architectures.
• Knowledge of safety-critical standards (ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434).
