Software Engineer (Enterprise AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA; requires working from the San Francisco office 3 days per week.

Salary: $144,500–$180,600 USD per year for the San Francisco location, with potential bonus and equity incentives.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and delivers cloud-based satellite imagery and geospatial data for commercial, environmental, and humanitarian applications.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready enterprise AI applications and internal tools using Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Cursor, and Claude.
• Build intelligent agent experiences and automate complex business workflows with internal business units.
• Maintain the centralized AI Gateway for LLM API routing, rate limiting, cost controls, and model selection.
• Develop and govern the AI Agent Registry to catalogue, monitor, and manage agents across the organization.
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, data pipelines, and AI infrastructure aligned with ITAR and EAR standards.
• Collaborate with Security and Legal teams on data access controls, secret management, compliance checks, and enterprise AI adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications across the GCP and AWS ecosystems.
• Experience in regulated engineering environments involving ITAR, EAR, or FedRAMP compliance.
• Expertise with AI Gateways, Agent Registries, AI orchestration platforms, Python, vector databases, and SQL.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise App.
• Experience with Claude Code or Cowork.
