What you will do

  • Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve territory goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Dealer Partners, A&D community, and End Users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and refine the dealer network.
  • Represent the company within the local industry and commercial real estate sector.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks independently across the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Western Germany (Postcode areas 4 or 5).
  • Prior sales experience in the local office furniture market.
  • Established industry network and professional relationships within the territory.
  • German: Fluent required.
  • English: Professional working proficiency required.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset.
