What you will do

  • Map industry categories within the assigned territory and propose strategic prospecting plans.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities to secure future growth.
  • Lead sales efforts for identified prospects and manage customers during the start-up phase.
  • Coordinate with functional counterparts in Processing, Sales, Retail Management, and Marketing.
  • Deploy product portfolios and provide market feedback to Product Management regarding performance gaps.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hirify.global or 4 years of external Business Development experience.
  • Proven track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect).
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Hochheim, Germany.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
