What you will do
- Map industry categories within the assigned territory and propose strategic prospecting plans.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities to secure future growth.
- Lead sales efforts for identified prospects and manage customers during the start-up phase.
- Coordinate with functional counterparts in Processing, Sales, Retail Management, and Marketing.
- Deploy product portfolios and provide market feedback to Product Management regarding performance gaps.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in or 4 years of external Business Development experience.
- Proven track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect).
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Hochheim, Germany.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
