What you will do

• Own the GTM RevOps AI transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and measurable value.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI, automation, and workflow transformation opportunities within the portfolio.
• Reimagine workflows to optimize collaboration between human employees and AI agents, defining autonomy levels and governance.
• Coordinate delivery across business, data, platform, and AI teams to translate needs into scalable requirements and user stories.
• Contribute to AI governance forums, ensuring risk, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Establish and track KPIs for adoption, productivity, and business impact to refine the AI roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of related experience in Revenue Operations, GTM, Sales Operations, or a similar function.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong program and portfolio orchestration skills, including dependency management and executive communication.
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted workflows, copilots, and agentic automation.
• Ability to define value cases and success metrics for transformation programs.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Jose, CA or Morrisville, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with technical teams across APIs, prompts, and automation platforms without being the primary engineer.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for broad adoption among non-technical users.
