What you will do

• Own the 30% delivery scope for active deployments, including WAN and FE network availability and device configuration.
• Govern third-party delivery partners by tracking their 70% scope and escalating risks to Nscale commitments.
• Build and maintain a master delivery view for leadership and customers by integrating vendor inputs and internal tracking.
• Manage customer acceptance criteria throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for status updates, risks, and escalations.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies across Supply Chain, GPU, Networking, and Site PM teams.

Requirements

• MBA degree with a concentration in operations, technology, or program management.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in technical program management, consulting, or operations.
• Familiarity with network and infrastructure concepts including WAN and network device configuration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Seattle or able to work from the office.

Nice to have

• Experience in a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or infrastructure-adjacent industry.
• Background in network engineering or network operations.
• Familiarity with GPU cluster delivery or hardware supply chain programs.
