TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (AI): Building and running the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology with an accent on technical interconnection of systems and data flows. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid: 25%+ in-office)
Salary: $365,000 - $435,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology.
- Drive high-priority cross-team programs end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.
- Lead technical interconnection work across third-party platforms and internal custom tooling.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to integrate Claude into recruiting workflows.
- Connect recruiting roadmaps to company-wide planning to enable proactive staffing.
- Define the long-term model for TPM support within the People organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical program management experience in ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of driving planning and execution across teams without direct reporting lines.
- Technical depth in systems integration, including APIs and data flows between SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with recruiting, people, or HR technology stacks.
- Ability to build trust and translate technical concepts for engineers, recruiters, and executives.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco or New York City.
Nice to have
- Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management.
- Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tooling into operational workflows.
- Familiarity with headcount and workforce planning.
