What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure deployments from customer acceptance to operational handover.
• Govern third-party vendors to ensure accountability for schedule, quality, and scope.
• Manage Nscale's delivery scope including WAN, network device configuration, and customer acceptance.
• Transition into direct management of in-house field teams as operations are insourced.
• Identify and resolve risks across cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, GPU, and Networking.
• Develop repeatable deployment playbooks and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• MBA degree with relevant coursework or experience in operations or infrastructure.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in technical program or project management.
• Network and infrastructure literacy, including WAN and network device configuration.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to active deployment sites.
• Ability to build trust quickly with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a vendor-to-insource transition.
• Background in AI or GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA hardware, InfiniBand, liquid cooling).
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
