Compensation: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional procurement transformation programs across sourcing, P2P, and corporate systems.
• Develop and maintain the procurement transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable requirements, workflows, and user experiences.
• Drive quarterly planning, execution, and governance rhythms to ensure project milestones are met.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Technology to accelerate implementation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation, analytics, and AI.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in program management, procurement operations, or process transformation.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of procurement, finance, risk, and operational workflows.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to design and scale business systems.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work schedule.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
