What you will do

• Master the hirify.global Universal AI platform to effectively educate, pitch, and demo the platform to new and existing partners.
• Execute tailored enablement programs such as bootcamps, hackathons, and webinars to equip partners with implementation skills.
• Collaborate with Partner Leaders and Technology Alliance Managers to coordinate field engagement initiatives like Partner Days.
• Provide ongoing technical and sales support to partners during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Develop customized training solutions to address specific business needs and accelerate platform adoption.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs and partner performance using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or a highly technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical background in Data Science, AI/ML, and/or GenAI with practical deployment experience.
• Experience integrating with ecosystem partners including AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or NVIDIA.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across all levels.

• Proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean.
