Site Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own the full on-site deployment lifecycle, including civil, structural, power, mechanical, and cabling.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and network trades, managing daily standups and resolving conflicts.
• Manage interfaces with General Contractors, subcontractors, and OEM vendors, including RFIs and change orders.
• Track site schedules against master plans and proactively escalate variances.
• Lead the site commissioning and acceptance testing process, including power-on sequencing and thermal validation.
• Enforce safety protocols on site, including PPE compliance and LOTO procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a site or construction PM for data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage contractors under schedule pressure.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of physical floor presence.
• Disciplined schedule tracking and structured upward communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively and spend significant time on active deployment sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center commissioning (BMS, power-on sequencing, thermal validation).
• Background in AI or GPU infrastructure (rack and stack, high-density power).
• OSHA 30 or PMP certification.
