What you will do
- Partner with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews and define requirements.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives.
- Track and manage development pace to ensure timely product delivery.
- Coordinate thorough systems, users, and security tests prior to release.
- Execute user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
- Provide product support and collaborate with engineering to identify and fix bugs.
Requirements
- Experience in building and delivering digital products.
- Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
- End-to-end experience working within a product team to build digital solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be located in Singapore
Nice to have
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis professional.
- Degrees or diplomas in Computer Science or Product Management.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Balsamiq.
