Senior Manager, Operations Strategy (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects to analyze product domain lifecycles and deliver continuous operational improvements.
• Apply a data-driven approach to analyze customer experience (CX) for top enterprise clients and specific industry verticals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business outcomes.
• Prepare and present project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Execute special projects and ad-hoc deep-dives into issues identified by leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including tenure at top-tier strategy or management consulting firms.
• Previous experience working within a fast-growing tech startup.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in Singapore.

• Background in technology or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
• Experience influencing product development and working closely with product teams.
