What you will do
- Lead strategic projects to analyze product domain lifecycles and deliver continuous operational improvements.
- Apply a data-driven approach to analyze customer experience (CX) for top enterprise clients and specific industry verticals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business outcomes.
- Prepare and present project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Execute special projects and ad-hoc deep-dives into issues identified by leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including tenure at top-tier strategy or management consulting firms.
- Previous experience working within a fast-growing tech startup.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- Must be based in Singapore.
