Senior Manager, Operations Strategy (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects across the full lifecycle of Airwallex product domains.
• Analyze operational and customer experience data for enterprise clients, verticals such as online travel and payroll, and other key segments.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and other functions to align stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.
• Prepare senior leadership materials covering progress, risks, dependencies, and goals.
• Manage special projects, ad hoc analyses, and deep-dives into issues identified by leadership or functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including experience at top-tier strategy or management consulting firms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with a fast-growing technology startup is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, financial services, or high-growth environments.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
• Experience partnering with product teams and influencing product development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
