What you will do

• Build and own the integrated master schedule for each active deployment using internal and vendor data.
• Analyze and challenge vendor schedules (e.g., Dell PS) to identify unrealistic dates and critical path gaps.
• Provide regular schedule updates to leadership regarding risks and decision points without being prompted.
• Track actuals against baseline and update forecasts to maintain schedule integrity.
• Map dependencies between internal scope (30%) and vendor scope (70%) in real time.
• Develop scheduling templates and onboarding documentation for incoming schedulers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project controls or CPM scheduling for complex infrastructure or construction programs.
• Expert proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent CPM scheduling tools.
• Strong skills in critical path analysis, identifying float, compression points, and cascade risks.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and produce schedules from incomplete inputs.
• Willingness to work in PT timezone core hours regardless of location.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center construction, AI infrastructure deployment, or critical facilities project controls.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) metrics.
• Background working with systems integrators or professional services delivery models.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, or Smartsheet automation for reporting.
