What you will do

  • Lead a high-activity field sales team of 6-10+ Business Development Managers in the South West UK.
  • Coach sales reps through live pitches, venue meetings, and real-time customer conversations.
  • Own and deliver a high-value monthly revenue target for the region.
  • Manage pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene using HubSpot to ensure accurate conversion metrics.
  • Execute new city launches by identifying priority neighborhoods and securing the first wave of partners.
  • Collaborate with UK leadership and RevOps to refine local market strategies based on ground feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience leading a high-activity field sales team.
  • Proven experience managing 6-10+ sales reps and consistently hitting performance goals.
  • Background in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management and direct CRM data entry (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Bristol, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, food tech, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
  • Existing professional network within the hospitality industry.
  • Track record of supporting new city or market launches.
