What you will do

  • Coach your team on building customer-first sales experiences, efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and live demos of the hirify.global platform
  • Spend time in the field supporting outbound efforts to generate interest among restaurateurs
  • Use Salesforce for forecasting, analyzing conversion rates, and team metrics
  • Drive new business targets, grow territories, hire, and build your field sales team
  • Partner with product, account management, implementation, and other internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives
  • Management of full-cycle sales teams from prospecting to closing
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
  • Outbound sales experience; passion for field work with your team
  • Location: Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh
