What you will do
- Coach your team on building customer-first sales experiences, efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and live demos of the platform
- Spend time in the field supporting outbound efforts to generate interest among restaurateurs
- Use Salesforce for forecasting, analyzing conversion rates, and team metrics
- Drive new business targets, grow territories, hire, and build your field sales team
- Partner with product, account management, implementation, and other internal teams
Requirements
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives
- Management of full-cycle sales teams from prospecting to closing
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
- Outbound sales experience; passion for field work with your team
- Location: Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh
