What you will do

  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities via outbound prospecting and targeted account engagement.
  • Build and manage prospect lists aligned to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Tier 1 account strategy.
  • Use tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn, email, phone, and video outreach to build and maintain pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads and route opportunities appropriately.
  • Support speed-to-lead processes and ensure timely follow-up of enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility within Salesforce; share feedback with Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in an SDR/BDR, lead generation, or commercial development role.
  • Confidence with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, data-driven, and process-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (preferred).
