What you will do
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities via outbound prospecting and targeted account engagement.
- Build and manage prospect lists aligned to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Tier 1 account strategy.
- Use tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn, email, phone, and video outreach to build and maintain pipeline.
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads and route opportunities appropriately.
- Support speed-to-lead processes and ensure timely follow-up of enquiries.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility within Salesforce; share feedback with Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Experience in an SDR/BDR, lead generation, or commercial development role.
- Confidence with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, data-driven, and process-oriented approach.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (preferred).
