What you will do

• Own the product strategy and backlog for an AI-centric product area.
• Build and ship 0-to-1 AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
• Develop and operate evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and hallucination rates.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, researchers, and designers to assess feasibility and trade-offs.
• Design for trust and safety by implementing human-in-the-loop systems and rate limits.
• Prototype new AI concepts using modern development tools to test ideas rapidly.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland, Poland, or the UK.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 AI products and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt design, and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools and building testable artifacts.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cost modeling for AI at scale.
• Background in running product experiments and primary user research.
• Experience monitoring model behavior in production and incident response.
