What you will do

• Analyze client pain points and workflows to identify core business problems.
• Develop high-level solution approaches as a technical advisor.
• Create rapid proofs-of-concept and interactive demos using AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Draft detailed requirements and scope documents to facilitate concrete project planning.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, assumptions, and effort estimates.
• Participate in sales calls and proposals, representing the company at seminars and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in Hong Kong (On-site).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools to develop quick prototypes.
• Ability to translate technical choices into business outcomes.
• Strong capacity for independent learning and reading technical documentation.
