What you will do

  • Develop the market for products and solutions in assigned territories to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead business development initiatives for new industries and segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and offering to contract and price negotiations.
  • Create tailored value propositions and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Implement sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate sales projects and perform technical and commercial risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Tertiary education in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Intralogistics, with exposure to wholesale, retail, e-commerce, Bio-Pharmaceutical, or automotive industries.
  • Proven expertise in complex B2B solution selling and high-level contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Strategic Selling Frameworks such as Miller Heiman or SPIN selling.
  • Experienced in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
