What you will do
- Manage the full advertising sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, nurturing, and closing high-value deals.
- Develop strategic media plans and provide consultative recommendations on monetization and targeting to maximize client ROI.
- Analyze sales data to produce accurate forecasts and identify growth opportunities within the ad inventory.
- Collaborate with Product and AdOps teams to evaluate and optimize ad units and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Mentor junior team members and interns, providing material feedback and establishing CRM best practices.
- Conduct market research on competitor trends and investment drivers to refine GTM strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Must be based in Malaysia.
- Strong proficiency in AdTech principles, including ad serving, analytics, and cost types (CPM/CPC/CPA).
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Deep understanding of the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 landscape.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
