What you will do

• Draft and coordinate business agreements, proposals, and related documentation based on qualified sales discussions.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including guides, templates, and best practices.
• Manage administrative tasks, client access management, and audit documentation to ensure internal compliance.
• Coordinate existing client system upgrades and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related issues.
• Maintain and validate data integrity within Salesforce to ensure reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client success, sales support, or account coordination roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur for a hybrid work arrangement.
