What you will do

  • Drive pipeline creation by identifying and engaging target accounts across the West region.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks to align with sales objectives.
  • Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns using intent data and digital tools.
  • Partner with Account Executives on account planning to develop high-potential opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously refine prospecting strategies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or business development.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Must be based in the United States (West Region).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like 6Sense or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPIC.
  • Experience with social selling and video prospecting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or trade shows (approx. once per quarter).
