What you will do
- Drive pipeline creation by identifying and engaging target accounts across the West region.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks to align with sales objectives.
- Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns using intent data and digital tools.
- Partner with Account Executives on account planning to develop high-potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and data integrity within Salesforce.
- Analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously refine prospecting strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or business development.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Must be based in the United States (West Region).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like 6Sense or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPIC.
- Experience with social selling and video prospecting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events or trade shows (approx. once per quarter).
