Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or HCI.
• Proven track record at a Principal, Senior Principal, or Distinguished level.
• Expertise in systems thinking and solving complex problems at enterprise scale.
• Strong ability to build consensus among C-suite leaders.
• Deep literacy in qualitative and quantitative research synthesis.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, ambiguous organizational environment.
