Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Salary range provided is for U.S. candidates; ranges for other regions may vary).

Compensation: $220,000 – $290,000

What you will do

• Own growth-critical surfaces including pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and checkout flows.
• Translate business goals like ARR growth and churn reduction into actionable design hypotheses.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments in partnership with growth engineering and data teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to iterate rapidly and ship high-fidelity UI changes.
• Maintain visual and interaction consistency across all growth-related product surfaces.
• Set design direction for the funnel and mentor other designers on the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing product surfaces that directly impact revenue, conversion, or ARR.
• Strong proficiency in running and interpreting quantitative experiments and A/B tests.
• Expertise in designing flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web products.
• Ability to iterate fast and work in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
• Deep understanding of the creative tool space.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or reside in a region supported by the company.

Nice to have

• Experience creating functional prototypes using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Artistic and creative skills in video/audio editing, icon/typography design, or illustration.
