What you will do
- Manage the full renewal negotiation cycle for partners and indirect customers to safeguard recurring revenue.
- Develop renewal strategies based on deep knowledge of contracts, billing models, and competitive offerings.
- Negotiate contractual terms, pricing, and multi-year options to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to drive retention and expansion.
- Track renewal pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce and CPQ tools.
- Identify renewal risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS contract negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with various SaaS billing models (subscription, usage-based, and hybrid).
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CFO).
- Must be based in the USA.
