What you will do

  • Manage the full renewal negotiation cycle for partners and indirect customers to safeguard recurring revenue.
  • Develop renewal strategies based on deep knowledge of contracts, billing models, and competitive offerings.
  • Negotiate contractual terms, pricing, and multi-year options to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to drive retention and expansion.
  • Track renewal pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce and CPQ tools.
  • Identify renewal risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS contract negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with various SaaS billing models (subscription, usage-based, and hybrid).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CFO).
  • Must be based in the USA.
