What you will do
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure revenue retention and growth.
- Analyze financial reports and contractual documents to facilitate internal renewal meetings.
- Partner with SAMs, AEs, TAMs, and Finance to align messaging and ensure healthy pricing.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand goals and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Monitor renewal metrics and track client retention using Salesforce and Excel.
- Identify risk areas and develop recommendations to minimize potential churn.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be based in the USA
- 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation.
- 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery.
- Proven experience with SaaS billing models.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
