What you will do
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities while building rapport with potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare high-quality proposals and qualifications.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, orders, and contract renewals.
- Communicate service value propositions to prospects and existing clients through outbound calls and meetings.
- Monitor tender portals and coordinate bid responses with operations teams.
- Maintain accurate sales data and report on growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or proposal management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with government contract tracking systems and local council submissions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a team-oriented environment.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
