A growing Melbourne-based property investment firm specializing in house and land packages for investors.

What you will do

  • Convert inbound leads from referral networks and social media into qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and engage referral partners such as accountants and financial planners.
  • Match house-and-land packages to client investment goals and present proposals.
  • Handle objections and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate introductions between clients and Senior Mortgage Brokers or Property Specialists.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Australian real estate, property investment, or financial services.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM AEST.
