What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to closing for mid-to-large clinic segments.
• Actively network at industry events, conferences, and clinic launches to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct empathetic consultations to solve business pain points for aesthetic doctors and nurses.
• Test and iterate on outbound sales strategies to maximize conversion and reach targets.
• Maintain high data integrity and pipeline visibility within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless clinic acquisition and integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• 2–3+ years of experience in outbound BDM or Account Executive roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport with business owners and medical professionals.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, for pipeline management.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
