What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing partners.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Recruit and onboard new partners aligned with regional growth plans.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and account activity using Dynamics 365.
- Coach and enable partners to effectively position and deliver company solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- Proven experience in account management, partner management, or business development.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a 12-month fixed-term contract role.
- Proactive, self-starting approach with strong organizational skills.
