What you will do
- Partner with Consumer Engineering, Platform, and IT leaders as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and workforce strategy.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to evolve team structures and operating models for scalability.
- Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with future capability needs and long-term organizational health.
- Advise leaders on the implications of AI, automation, and emerging technologies on the workforce.
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives, including digital and organizational redesigns.
- Leverage people analytics and engagement data to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, or Workforce Strategy.
- Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Digital organizations, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated understanding of how AI impacts capability development and leadership effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
