Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead the monthly worldwide corporate financial close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and operational accounting activities.
• Prepare journal entries for significant and higher-risk accounts.
• Assess complex technical accounting matters, including debt and equity transactions, under US GAAP.
• Prepare accurate and timely worldwide financial consolidations and financial reporting for monthly reviews with the CFO and CEO.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Internal Audit, SEC Reporting, and external auditors.
• Execute SOX-related internal controls, prepare financial analyses, and streamline accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
• Collaborative, proactive, responsive, reliable, adaptable, and customer-service oriented approach.
• Ability to meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements; applicants may be subject to an export license review before employment.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• At least two years of Big Four public accounting experience.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
