Senior Analyst Corporate Accounting

What you will do

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed assets close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed assets subledger accuracy, including asset master data, useful lives, depreciation methods, and classifications.
• Manage CIP accounting, capitalization timing, project tracking, and coordination with Operations and Facilities.
• Support technical accounting analyses for impairments, disposals, componentization, and complex capital projects.
• Prepare audit documentation and respond to internal and external auditor inquiries.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations Finance to resolve SAP issues, improve data quality, and streamline fixed assets processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to fixed assets, CIP, or capital-intensive environments.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
• Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, subledger management, and large data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP Fixed Assets and Project Systems experience is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Facilities, IT, and Finance teams.

Nice to have

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification progress.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries.
• Exposure to M&A integration, data migration, policy alignment, asset tracking tools, project accounting systems, or automation technologies.
• Experience supporting audits in a global environment.
