Accounting Manager

Location: Hybrid work in the United States, with on-site and off-site work at an assigned hirify.global site; primary location Hillsboro, Oregon, with an additional location in Phoenix, Arizona.

Annual salary: $138,820–$195,980 USD

What you will do

• Lead global teams across the United States, Costa Rica, Malaysia, and Vietnam supporting close, consolidation, and reporting activities.
• Oversee monthly financial close, consolidated financial statements, and performance KPIs.
• Drive quarterly management reporting focused on balance sheet and cash flow.
• Partner with External Reporting on SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide close processes and collaborate with Finance, IT, auditors, Investor Relations, and the CFO Office.
• Lead process improvement, transformation, and best-practice initiatives across close and reporting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or finance experience, or 7+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience with financial close, consolidations, and external reporting for SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
• 3+ years of experience leading direct and/or global teams.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, financial systems, and reporting architecture.
