What you will do

• Perform component and device-level testing of power converters, inverters, and on-board chargers.
• Automate test stands and manage CAN-based control of power converters.
• Design schematics, instrument PCBAs, and provide input for design-for-manufacturing.
• Conduct environmental, shock, vibration, and EMC testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide fixes.
• Generate technical reports and present findings at critical review meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering within automotive, robotics, or aerospace.
• Strong capability in testing and troubleshooting complex electrical components.
• Experience with circuit simulation software such as LTspice.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EMI troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB layout tools.
• Embedded firmware development and programming experience.
• Familiarity with digital communication specifications.
