What you will do

• Conduct on-site process observation, operation analysis, and material flow path analysis on production lines.
• Identify and verify improvement opportunities to enhance production line efficiency.
• Support the identification of AI application scenarios based on shop-floor pain points.
• Assist with AI project promotion, PoC testing, data preparation, and result tracking.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate or master’s student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Proficiency in applying industrial engineering tools and basic data analysis.
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for factory productivity improvement.
