What you will do

• Lead technical design and integration of automation systems, including robotics and AGVs.
• Develop specifications and validate system architecture for control systems.
• Drive implementation of advanced robotic solutions to improve efficiency and ergonomics.
• Analyze performance data to enhance system reliability and throughput using Lean principles.
• Collaborate with suppliers to validate technical solutions and oversee installation activities.
• Provide mentorship to staff-level engineers and act as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical aspects of automation projects.
• Hands-on expertise with robotics, PLCs, AGVs, and material handling systems.
• Experience with supplier coordination and technical validation processes.
