What you will do

• Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on automation, robotics, and digitalization.
• Manage production BOM and routing within SAP systems.
• Ensure production readiness for new projects and product transfers, including PFC, PFMEA, and tooling development.
• Analyze and resolve quality issues stemming from customer complaints.
• Maintain and monitor MES system operations and data integration with ERP and automated equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, VTPS, and safety-focused SBO programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automation, or a related industrial field.
• Mandatory: Completion of an automation-focused graduation project.
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Academic excellence throughout the university period.
