Account Executive

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Santa Rosa, CA

Compensation: $85,000–$125,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Manage a daily schedule of in-person client meetings, relationship building, and proactive prospecting.
• Act as a marketing consultant to create custom advertising pipelines for local businesses.
• Execute 50 to 100 cold calls per week to secure high-value meetings.
• Build and manage a sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals.
• Provide high-touch customer service to retain current clients and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Santa Rosa, CA.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, advertising, or marketing.
• Proven track record of closing deals and handling aggressive prospecting.
• Ability to engage with diverse business owners in person, via phone, text, and email.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Must be available for shift work and hours outside of normal business hours.
