Salary: $112,000–$168,000 OTE

What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage SMB prospects through cold calling, social selling, and email outreach.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight value for SMB customers.
- Establish trust with decision-makers by understanding their specific pain points and business needs.
- Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Lexington, MA
- Solid foundation in new business acquisition within technology or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or email management solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong rapport-building and negotiation abilities.
