Compensation: $84,000 base salary + 50% target incentives

What you will do

  • Lead with a customer-centric engagement model to build strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue net new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Develop personalized market insights and compelling cases for change to help clients reach business goals.
  • Collaborate with executives from innovative tech companies to deliver bold solutions.
  • Manage a sales pipeline with discipline and professional business acumen.
  • Continuously improve sales performance through training and available company resources.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Proven track record in business development and pursuing net new clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of solution selling and value creation for business clients.
  • High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
