Location: Hybrid or Remote in Poland, Spain, Portugal, or UAE

Compensation: PLN 18,400 – PLN 29,100 gross monthly (for Poland-based roles)

What you will do

• Own the platform infrastructure for customer communications, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Oversee intelligent routing systems to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
• Implement smart guardrails, templates, and quality checks to maintain high standards across publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop new platform capabilities.
• Report on revenue outcomes and P&L impact from in-app marketing channels.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations within a global tech company.
• Expertise in customer lifecycle management, including segmentation, orchestration, and send governance.
• Strong technical instincts to own marketing channel architecture in collaboration with engineers.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, templating, and self-serve publishing workflows.
• Knowledge of LLM-based routing models and governance of automated decisioning systems.
• Proven ability to align commercial, technical, and operational priorities across cross-functional teams.
